Eligibility: This Scholarship is open to students who are at least 17 years of age, U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents (holders of a Permanent Resident Card), or individuals granted deferred action status under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA). The student must have received a high school diploma or the equivalent from a U.S. school by September 2019 and have completed or expect to successfully complete a minimum of one full year of postsecondary education by June 2020. Must plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at the sophomore year level or higher at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school in the United States for the entire 2020–21 academic year with the goal of obtaining an associate’s or first bachelor’s degree. Description: To be eligible for the Cooke College Scholarship, a student must be a high school senior (class of 2020) with the intention to enroll full time in an accredited four-year college beginning in fall 2020. Applicants must have a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above; received standardized test scores of either an SAT Total Score of 1200 and above OR an ACT Composite Score of 26 or above, and have demonstrated unmet financial need.
